Chris Legg is a dedicated and experienced leader who is running for the position of Town of Skaneateles Supervisor. With a firm belief in the potential of local government to be responsive, transparent, and accessible, Chris brings a lifelong connection to Skaneateles, with his family's roots dating back generations. His impressive background includes 22 years of service as a U.S. Navy officer, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and technical expertise in high-stakes situations, including managing significant budgets.

In addition to his military career, Chris has spent over two decades as an educator, helping at-risk students achieve success. He is deeply engaged in community service, contributing to various projects that support fitness, wellness, youth activities, humanitarian aid, and environmental conservation.
Chris's four years of Town Board service have provided him with valuable insight into budgeting and operations, enabling him to reverse escalating costs and improve services for Skaneateles residents. His commitment to collaboration and public engagement ensures that the voices and concerns of the community are heard and considered in decision-making. With a proven track record of efficient and effective problem-solving, Chris Legg is well-prepared to lead the Town of Skaneateles forward as Supervisor.
