Ralph's legal journey is marked by a series of significant accomplishments. As an attorney at law, he has represented clients in various New York State courts and state agency proceedings. Ralph's dedication to justice is further exemplified by his representation of non-felony criminal defendants, ensuring fair and equitable treatment in the justice system.

 

Educational Excellence

Ralph's legal prowess was nurtured at Syracuse University College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree with Cum Laude honors. He also spent several years as an adjunct professor in the Criminal Justice Program at Cayuga Community College.

Ralph proudly served in the United States Army, notably as a combat veteran in the Vietnam War with the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment.
